Anything mechanical that fails in normal home use — motor, battery, switches, body. We repair or replace at no cost, no shipping fees. Doesn't cover accidental damage or commercial use.
The Standard runs 60 minutes on Eco mode, around 22 on Max. The Pro runs 90 on Eco, around 28 on Max. Battery packs are user-replaceable and available on Dymona.com.
The HEPA-13 filter is rinse-and-air-dry. Rinse under cold water, no soap, until the water runs clear. Air dry fully — 24 hours minimum — before reinserting. Replace every 6 months for best performance.
