Use your Dymona for a month. If it isn't right, send it back — we'll refund the full purchase price within five business days of receiving it. No restocking fee. No questions.
How to start a return
- Email care@dymonalife.com with your order number. One line is enough — "I'd like to return this."
- We email back a prepaid DHL Return label within one business day. Print it, tape it to any box, drop it at any DHL point in the EU.
- Once it reaches the workshop and we verify it's in returnable condition (used is fine — see below), we refund to your original payment method.
What "returnable condition" means
You can use the vacuum. You can clean your entire apartment with it. Dust it, charge it, plug it into your wall. That's what the 30 days are for.
What we ask:
- All original accessories included (brush head, crevice tool, dock, charger, filter)
- No major drops, water damage, or modifications
- The original box if you still have it (not required — we just appreciate it for resale-as-refurbished)
Refund timing
Once we receive the return and confirm condition (usually same day):
- Card or Apple Pay / Google Pay — 3–5 business days back to your card
- Klarna / SEPA — 5–7 business days
- PayPal — usually within 24 hours
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
This 30-day window goes beyond your statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) under § 355 BGB, which is 14 days. To exercise the statutory right, you can also use the standard withdrawal form — email us and we'll send it.
Exchanges
If you want to swap Standard for Pro (or vice versa), don't return — write to us first. We ship the new unit immediately, you return the old one in the same box once it arrives. Saves you a few days.
