Shipping.

We ship from Munich within one business day of order. DHL Express for everything inside the EU. Tracking from the moment your box leaves the workshop.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking email the moment the carrier scans your package. The link updates in real time and remembers your address — you can change the delivery window or reroute to a parcel locker right from the email.

Signatures + insurance

All Dymonas ship signed-and-insured by default. If no one's home, DHL leaves a card and reattempts the next business day, or holds the package at the nearest pickup point for 7 days.

Carbon-neutral by default

Every shipment is offset through DHL GoGreen — included in the price, not an upsell. We use undyed recycled cardboard, no plastic foam, no marketing inserts.

Damaged in transit

If your Dymona arrives with a visible box dent or a unit-side issue, photograph it before opening fully and email care@dymonalife.com. We send a replacement same-day and arrange pickup of the damaged unit.

Order changes + cancellation

If you need to change the shipping address or cancel an order, write to us within two hours of placing it — we'll catch it before it leaves the workshop. After that, the easier path is a free return on arrival (see Returns).
