Two-year warranty.

If anything mechanical fails in normal use within two years of purchase, we repair or replace it. No questions. No shipping fees. No upsell.

What's covered

  • Motor failure
  • Battery capacity loss beyond 30% of original spec
  • Switch, trigger, or button defects
  • Charging dock and charger failure
  • Cracked or de-laminated housing under normal use
  • Filter housing seal failure

What's not covered

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, anodisation fade from sunlight)
  • Damage from drops, water immersion, or freezing
  • Unauthorised disassembly or modification
  • Consumables: HEPA filter, brush bar, dust bin gasket (these have a separate 6-month replacement guide)
  • Damage caused by vacuuming materials outside the product's specification (liquids, hot ash, plaster dust, sharp glass)

How to claim

Email care@dymonalife.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos or a 10-second video help us route it correctly.

We respond within one business day with one of three outcomes:

  1. Repair — we send a prepaid return label, fix it at our Munich workshop, return within 7–10 business days.
  2. Replace — for non-repairable defects, we ship a new unit and you return the old one in the same box.
  3. Refund — if we can't repair or replace within reasonable time, we refund the full purchase price.

Beyond two years

After the warranty period, we still repair Dymonas at our workshop — at cost, no markup. Battery replacements run €29 (Standard) or €39 (Pro). Most other repairs come in under €60. Email us for a quote before sending anything in.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law — including the two-year statutory warranty (gesetzliche Gewährleistung) under § 438 BGB.
